aisuyoukai: (GoW | Marcus - Stare Down)
I am so in love with The Kill Point right now! Oh my gawd I love that show! In fact, I'm kinda watching the encore right now. It is good. It does not hurt that it has John Leguizamo in it. I have always loved him. (Ever since I had a crush on Luigi from the Super Mario Brothers movie.) The only thing missing is Rainbow. LOL!

I keep excepting/wanting Rainbow to get in there and take ahold of the situation. They'd have the perps down in seconds. Then again, I kinda like the bad guys. (Go figure.) But really... they're not all that bad. I mean, it's all bad circumstances on their part. Not the robbing the bank part, but everything that led them up to that point where they made the decision to rob the bank. Of course, the Rainbow guys wouldn't understand that. They're soldiers; they'd be upset that other soldiers are giving them a bad name. Nevermind the fact that it's all bad luck.

By "leading up to the decision" I mostly refer to Leguizamo's character, Mr. Wolf for lack of a better memory on my part. He's a Sergeant in the army, or rather was. Dishonorably discharged and sent to prison for disobeying orders. Probably some shitty-ass orders, but like the higher-ups give a damn about that. Poor guy. Sixteen people got killed when they replaced him with another Sarge--one that followed the orders and went in. Someone really screwed up there, and I seriously doubt it was the guy they blamed.

But, hell, it's the way it goes. On the one hand I think Rainbow would understand about bad orders. Especially Chavez, who was actually purposefully cut off from evac on one lovely covert op. On the other, they'd be pissed that soldiers cracked and decided to break the laws of their country.

Either way it sucks. And I feel more attuned to the bad guys in this new show than the good. Although I do have to commend the Captian of the police unit, or whatever. The tactical Captian guy. He won my admiration as well. So I like a lot of the "good" players... and hate some of the "bad." Now let me define those two terms.

By "good" I mean the Captian and his crew and Mr. Wolf and the other military guys. By "bad" I mean the Feds, the higher police guy(s), and that damned government or whatever guy who thinks he's the shit and all-important. Fuck him and his daughter. Ok, she didn't really do anything like her dad... but still, she's annoying. And dumb.

I know my opinions and stuff are skewed a bit on who's good and bad, but sue me. I can't help but like who I like. I can't help that the characters (and the actors portaying them) are awesome and compelling. I can't help who I sympathize with--I just do. So that's that.

But man, I didn't think it would be TWO hours long; I was expecting one. But, I got Mom hooked, too. lol. We watched it together. Gawd, I love it. And I can't wait for next week and the next show. I have found a new passion. Not only that though, but I was wondering how they'd manage to make a series out of only one "hiest." Well, they've managed it. It's still the same robbery-gone-bad-and-turned-hostage-situation. It's "to be continued." It'll be the same guys the next week. Wow.

I can't wait.

OMGosh, best movie EVAR! I don't care what I said before, this one takes the cake! Full out!! BOOYAH, BABY!

Oh my gosh was this movie pretty. The robots are so freakin' awesome. And I even got used to the different voice actors. Not too shabby. But, seriously, Transformers is my all time favorite movie right now--and probably will be for some time to come. I loved every moment of it.

Kinda glad I've been reading my military books lately (damn you Tom Clancy, I have converted to your fanbase) for the beginning of the movie was heavy on it. Ok, not really heavy, but still. There is that military SpeOps team in the movie. Not too bad for human forces. Haha.

I don't think my heart ever slowed down during that movie. It always had my attention. It starts hard, continues hard, and ends hard. It never really slowed down. The "slow" parts weren't really slow. And the battles were fucking awesome/beautiful/pretty. I mean kick ass.

I totally want a Bumblebee of my own. HE IS SO CUTE! *Squee* You can expect me to app either him or Jazz when the apps at Paradisa are open again. Haha! XD

Damnit, Erin. Do you remember the Decepticon in the spaceship? The one we liked so much? (At least I did.) Because he was calm and cool? Crap I can't remember his name! But, I thought he would be larger. Kinda cool that he wasn't... and now that I think about it, I like his choice of vehicles. It was some good Deception on his part. Yay.

Scorpinok was kinda cool. Who did he ride with? Can't remember his name either. Damn, my memory sucks. Oh, yea, the other one I can't remember his name... he had a little buddy. It was a boombox. The Decepts were the only ones with the small bots. Hmph. Whatever.

My only objection is Jazz. See the movie and then you'll know.

I saw AWE the day--no, make that the day before--it came out. Yes, the day before. Technically it was supposed to come out Thursday, yes? Well, the theater here had the normal midnight showing which is technically early that morning (12:01 is what it's listed as in fact), but they also played it at 8:00 and 10:00 that Wednsday. Weird? Yes. Did I mind? No.

IT'S THREE FREAKIN' HOURS LONG!

I mean, I had read once that it was that long. But when you read it and when you actually sit through it... that's two different things man. Not that I ever got bored or wanted to leave, but just that at the end I "woke up" and it was three hours later. I was like "whoa, it's late." lol. Silly me.

But the movie was great! I loved the ending. And, no, I won't spoil it. But, yes, it was a surprise and not necessarily a good one. Haha. But it was cool, and good, and I liked it loads. Plus, it still had it's funny parts. That's the best of it. Hehe.

Well, that's really about all I can say without giving something away... Maybe I'll rant again in another entry about it under a lj-cut. Doubtful, since my brain is so tiny wonders to new topics so frequently and whatnot and whathaveyou. But, you never know. Haha. Yea, right.

Anyway. Well. It's late. Man is it late. But I'm so not tired, damn it. I'm screwed for tomorrow. I'll sleep too late. Ack. Oh well.

I'm bored.

Have I mentioned Good Omens is a really good and hilarious book?

Definitely so.

GOOD NIGHT!
aisuyoukai: (Halo | Cortana - Scream)
I always thought it was a being, but it's not!! Not in the physical sense anyway.

I'm rereading First Strike if you haven't figured it out, so anyone clueless to the Halo universe can probably tune me out for a while. lol. (Meaning, everyone but Neko? XD)

Large rant about the captured Covenant ship's high-profile commander. )
aisuyoukai: (GoW | Dom - Serene War)
I don't know why I decided to watch Heroes off and on today. Having only seen one out of five, I'm really confused with the plot. Like, I get certain things and stuf... but not the entire story. lol. It's horrible. But I keep watching it.

SciFi channel ran the entire season today. It's nearing the end. I've been watching it off and on the entire day. So, yea.... that's why I'm half confused. lol.

Anyway, me being an idiot aside..... well, that's all.
aisuyoukai: (CSI:NY | Danny - Gun Pawnage)
That was the best episode EVAR!!! Of all three shows!! Hell yeah!

OMGOMGOMG that was awesome! *Squee* I mean, everything was just totally awesome!! There was blood, there was an explosion. Hell, I was sitting on the edge of my seat the entire episode through! It was like watching an action movie, only shorter! OMG AWESOME!

*Uber squee* Wow. That is officialy my favorite episode ever. All three CSI shows included. Best ever. (Le woe to the Miami not winning that title. OH WELL!)

Oh, geez. I want more. Like, now.

Poor Danny!

Way to go Mac!

And Stella and Hawkes too!

I love how they did all that totally kick-ass stuff. Blocking the exits and everything? Oh yea. That was fun. And I was happy at the end got to see Mac's military training in action. I can always watch that shit hit the fan. I could use a lil more Mac military-training-action. Oh, yea.

*Squee* I'm so excited right now! Arg!

AND THERE IS A LARGE MOTH IN MY ROOM! GRRR! GO AWAY!! DON'T EAT MY SHIT, YO!
aisuyoukai: (DMC | Geryon - Blue Flames)
If I get one more headache within the week...!! I'm going to... to... something! I don't know! Something! ARG! It's so annoying. And painful. Can't forget painful. Arg. Annoying... and I hate that medicine just does not work for me. Bah. Anyway, yea, random post.

I've nothing good to say. I'm so bored though. Maybe I'll un-hiatus [livejournal.com profile] paradisa now. Arg.
aisuyoukai: (Frost)
Ok, so I haven't been keeping up too much on DMC4 except to read what's posted in my b-list about it at various places, but I never go to links and stuff. I changed my mind today because I'm bored up here at work. And here's my little weirdness:

Fuck Nero, and Fuck subtly-Dante... I am oogling over the pictures of Frost.

Why? Because the Frost has always been my favorite demon. Period. No questions asked. No ifs, ands, or butts about it. Ever since I saw the two Frosts jump down in the moonlight in the first game, I have always loved Frosts. Never waver.

And in that second novel of DMC I totally did a Myth Busters--I rejected reality and substituted my own. FROST DID NOT DIE YOU BASTARD!!! *Deep breath*

So, yes, I am looking forward to DMC4. If only for the Frost demon. XDDD
aisuyoukai: (Tiger)
Forget the main characters of CSI: New York - Dead of Winter by Stuart M. Kaminsky. I fell in love with one of the criminals. I was glad he got his guy in the end and that he didn't die. I actually wish he could've gotten away. With murder, of a cop even. Not to say I'd normally be ok with that, but I liked this guy.

He was old (seventies), big, and kinda 'dumb,' but he was a good guy. Something about him elicited a deep sympathy for him. I was more interested in him and his parts of the story than I was the CSI character's and solving the crime. Strange, but true. And he wasn't really all that dumb, more like an animals cunning. He was good at what he did, but a bit slow in thinking. But he could still think, despite what others said and he even thought. (Kinda like Caramon from Dragonlance.)

I dunno. I liked him. He was cool. It made me happy he killed the traitor guy in the end. ^^
aisuyoukai: (CSI:Miami Horatio - Blood)
Who says Caruso can't act? Although, it was a little weird hearing him try to speak in a... hell I don't even know what kinda accent that is, nothern? ...speak in an accent. It took some getting used to.

So I just watched Kiss of Death. It finally came in the mail! Took damn forever. Well, I thought it was pretty decent. I liked it. And I LOVE the actors in it. I couldn't care less about Samuel L. Jackson, although he had an okay character in this, but I really, really love Nicolas Cage and, of course, David Caruso. I was a bit wary about him acting something other than a cop, specially Horatio. But he seemed to actually be able to act. Granted, his character was very emotional based like Horatio. Just, in a completely different manner considering he was on the other side of the law for a long time. But he was always trying to help people, whether good or bad. He just kept getting screwed in the process. Poor thing.

Cage was just nuts. Well, his character I mean. He plays a nice sociopath. :D But, seriously, I have always loved Cage to no end. He is an awesome actor. Any type of character he plays is awesome. Plus he's kinda cute. ^^

But, yes, it is a good movie. Definitely worth a watch if that type of movie, or any of the actors, are up your alley. I reccomend it a must-rent at least once, a buy if your obsessed with any of the actors like me.

P.S.- The little girl's name was Karina. I just realized why that sounds so familar. It's from the Acorna series. >_-; It sounds so much prettier when tacked on to that little girl though. lol.

P.S.S- I take it back, it's spelt Corinna. No wonder it's so pretty. I think he called her Cori a lot, too. It was pretty, but I could never quite tell what he was saying.
aisuyoukai: (Quote Lizzie - Tron Tron Tron!)
But on another note, if I were Danny or Lindsey I wouldn't have been able to stay in that apartment. Odd sort of pseudo phobia ) I would have had to have my partner go in without me, call for back-up, something other than going in there myself. I would have freaked out and been useless, screaming and running out the door in a flash. Oh, oddly enough though, actually I wouldn't have had the sudden surprise of finding the buggers; I can hear roaches crawling usually, so I would have heard them long before the two saw them.

On another note... the rerun played on the Spike channel was pretty interesting. I liked it.

Mac+stabbing a pig=experimental love

Really, the guy keeps earning more and more points in my book. I really like him! (About the only thing I like that actor in, sadly.)

Meme )
aisuyoukai: (CSI:Miami Eric - Confused)
Oh my gosh, was that not the most confusing episode EVER? I mean, goodness gracious great balls of fire! There was a twist at every turn and I seriously thought my head was going to explode there for a while. It doesn't help that I'm still operating on a grand total of two hours of sleep here. fjdkls;ajfdklsfdhlg;fa'gdfs!

And whoa, that second murder was the shortest and easiest crime to solve ever. It took, what? Five minutes to solve? (I mean in our time, not "real" time of course, but still! XP) Dear lord.

I do really love all that confusing-ness though, it made for a good show. My mom said "oh, the lies we weave" somewhere around the umpteenth surprise. I agree. The sad part about it all? It's all probably true somewhere out there. Yea, think about that.

The best part, really, was the end. There's TRIPLETS there and suddenly they're the ones with the short end of the stick when they discover the father is still alive. Why? BECAUSE HE WAS KEEPING A LIE TOO. HAHA! *Dies*

Ok, anyway, but seriously. That was totally awesome. I enjoyed it for one.

By the way, is it just me or did Horatio sound like Caruso was sick when they filmed that episode? L-O-L!!!

HORATIO CAINE IS NOT IMMUNE TO EVERYTHING! OMG, WTF, FADJKL:DFS"FJDAKLFDS:FDS, F-ING H C!
aisuyoukai: (CSI:NY | Mac - Lean Pose)
Wow! Suddenly I like Mac a whole lot. lol. I was amused with his interest in the science behind the magic tricks. Mostly because he was preforming them! Haha! That was fun. I thought it was cool when he made that rose out of nowhere--if simply for the fact that he was confusing his team-mates and that he was only trying it out for fun (in the name of science!) and was totally offhandeded about the entire thing. Plus the whole "a magician never reveals his secrets" line was totally corny to the point of amusement. Then he set himself on fire!! How cool is that!? Dude, he just got, like, 50 brownie points in my book. lol. The guy is cool.

So, anyway, this CSI: NY episode was definitely good, in my opinion. I liked it. But oh boy do I foresee a lot of Danny/Lindsay fans ranting their "pretty" little heads off at the ending! Shee... That was a nice scene though. Cute. He went with his gut instinct. Hehe. ^^

(P.S.- One of you is an avid Chris Angel fan, no? Sorry I can't remember which (it's a tie between two friends, but I can't pin the memory down exactly, sorry!) but at least I remembered reading that much. Heh. I meant to make the announcement the other day that he was in this one, but I forgot. Sorry. Anyway, it was cool. He's a bit eccentric, but he was perfect for this part at least.)
aisuyoukai: (CSI Nick - Rainbow)
I don't care how many times I see it, everytime I watch the episode(s) with Nick buried I get teary eyed. Hell, I cry. Plain and simple. Can't help it. Nicky is so emotional it gets to me... kudos to his actor.

I watched Miami and it was good. Hunting is fun... yay for the bear mauling the badguy. lol. And Horatio is cute. Poor thing. It's not that it's all he knows how to do (although, yes, that's definitely true), but more to the fact that that's all he has left. Le sadness. After that I caught the tail end of the second episode with Nick six feet under. So it's the part where they rush and find him then then him out. Like I said, Nicky is so emotional during that time... when they have to make him wait to get out and stuff, that I cry no matter how hard I try not to. Damnit. Oh well. Nicky's worth it. ;D

Unfortunately because Miami is on at the same time, I missed the Irish brother show premiere. That sucks. It looked pretty good. I did catch one scene at commercials, and I do know one thing: I want that song. lol. It was awesome. And, anyway, if the show is as interesting as that scene... then I'm going to be muy sad that I'll be missing it while watching Miami. Why couldn't it be Tuesday? Nothing good comes on Tuesday... XP
aisuyoukai: (CSI:Miami Horatio - Blood)
But, oh my gosh!! I'm not sure whether I'd rather be dead or have that needle stabbed in my heart! X_x

I sooo came close to killing someone. Oh man, oh man. That actually had me going there. I mean, they went into the commercial with the doctor saying "alright" to the nurse who was telling her it'd been ten minutes and so it's useless. Aaah! Man, man. Talk about nail-biting and hand-wringing! And all that nerve-wracking stuff!

And that stupid bitch! So was annoying! Helping Clavo Cruz like that! What an idiot! Grrr!! Die!

Annnnnnnnd back during another commercial. Sorry for the spoilers, but, yea, sue me.

I'm still gonna kill someone. Not the same Delko? A different Eric? No. Fucking. Way. I can't handle it. H-he asked for Marisol! He still thinks Mari is alive! I'm gonna cry! Memory loss. It's not fair. *Cries* No, seriously. I cried. ;_;

Yay for commercials? -_-' Bah.

Dude, I love how it's always Caine that hangs up the phone not. It's just... hilarious.

Mom distracted me that last time and I couldn't remember what else I was going to say. But it's over now, so I've got all the time...!

That was kinda... anti-clamatic. I mean, the way they "apprehended" Clavo? But, I'm glad he's gone now. For good. Hah! And stay there! o.o'

Ne~~, anyway... Poor Delko. *Sniff* It's so sad. So far he hardly seems different, but with a bullet in his head and still so out-of-it and lying in a hospital bed... who can tell? But, still. Not remembering his sister. *Le sadness* And poor Caine, having to try and explain that one. Ouch. Not that he really had to... in the end, anyway. Heh.

Man, they seriously like to mess you up when you find a good thing, don't they? *Sigh* I miss Speed...
aisuyoukai: (Vergil - By the Sword)
Grissom's back! Yay!! He looks like an old, scruffy bear! Yay?? >XDDD

Wow. What an episode. And I never even saw an episode that didn't have Gris in it. I never caught any of them! Haha. In fact, I just now got into the whole watch the new episodes every week thing, so this is the first new episode I've watched of CSI--I usually catch reruns on Spike.

I have to say, I never did like that new guy's actor anyway. He was in Scream I think, and I didn't like his character in that either. Haha. But, now I feel sorry for the guy. I mean, he wasn't a dirty cop or anything, he just got caught up in the wrong thing. That damn real dirty cop was a bastard! His own daughter!? >X[ Not cool. And then, when the new guy (Mike?) saw what was happening... he must have forced the memory away or something, because he didn't remember the real rapist/murderer until the end. At least he saved Catherine and got to take care of the real bad guy. I say that makes up for the innocent he killed by mistake; at least in my book anyway.

So, I don't care for the guy (at least the actor; can't say much for the character because I never watched any with him) but I definitely feel sorry for him. Kinda makes me like him, even. Heh.

Oh, and I watched Shark after that. I like that show. Shark is an awesome guy. He's no Horatio, but he's pretty damn cool. Plus, I like his voice. XD I don't know! I just know he's done some voice acting for Disney and stuff, and I like it. Heheh. Anyway, it was a good episode, too. ^_^
aisuyoukai: (Sesshoumaru - Angry Face)
MUTHER FUCKER!!! It's not fair. It never fails. Why do they always have to kill off everyone that I like? Or just everyone, period? I mean, come on! Can't I enjoy a set of characters that kick ass and NOT have them DIE ALL THE F-ING TIME!!!

The hell are the producers/makers thinking, trying to kill off all the Delkos? Come on!! Cut 'em a break! Not to mention poor Horatio.... how can he not breakdown after this? First Speed, then Marisol, now Mari's brother, Eric? COME ON!! FUCKERS!

They even tried to scare you by almost killing Alexx! What was up with that? Damn, was it a good episode though. But still! Too damn much excitement! I nearly burst into a rage when I thought Alexx was in trouble. Now a cliffhanger with a very dead-looking Eric? No. Fuck, no. I'm pissed.

I give up. Seriously. Why bother anymore? I'm so fucking pissed... it's not funny! ARG!!!

(Now I have to catch the next episode! If Eric is really, truly dead though...!!! >X[ They be murda ta pay, bi'chas! */horrible gansta immitation*)
aisuyoukai: (Alucard - King of Hell)
I had a dream last night! It was weird. (Which of them aren't, right? :P) It went something like this:

It started off following this girl, don't ask me who she is or anything, I have NO freakin' clue. But it followed her... and her family. Something like that. Anyway, it then went into this big drama-action thing. The Terminator was protecting her from four men, they were dressed in cop uniforms but I doubt that's what they were. They were big and heavy set, strong. But the Terminator just kept taking hits (both gunshots and punches) and kept going. He's the Terminator, bitch , he can take that shit. >;D Haha. Right, so... yea. He gutted one and it was all cool. He killed them, then went to find her. She was a pansy, which is why I have no clue who she is. I have no characters that are pansies, nor do I myself ever act like a pansy... not in my dreams anyway. Plus she didn't look familiar or anything. She's just some random chick-pansy. o.o'

And that's about it. At least that I remember.

I think the Terminator was in it because I watched a little of that show with Leigh the other day. It was the un-edited version! Hellz yeah! Haha... I thought it was cool because at the beginning their was this scene which I had "never" seen before. Actually, it's just that I always watch it when it comes on TV and most channels play edited versions. This channel didn't! The scene was when the Terminator first shows up and walks up to the punks all naked and stuff... demands their clothes and when they refuse... BAM! He kills them. Oh, but it's not simple or anything. It's freakin' bloody! Haha! Yes! Ahem. Yes, I'm a bloodthirsty bitch. Sue me. Anyway, he like tears straight through one of the guys chest cavity and pulls out his bloody hand and its beautiful. I was excited. :D

Bloodthirsty-ness aside, hey Lizzie, can I get some more help with another layout project? This one is really hard! And... I hope you don't mind, either. It's your current layout... but it's the best one around right now! >_o! Anyway, much appreciated. When can you be on AIM? ^^'
aisuyoukai: (Halo | Master Chief - Big Gun? Check)
Oh, yea! Lizzie's recent post on her lj reminded me of the thing I forgot about! It was a dream. ^^

This one is short and totally pointless. I had it the day before (Friday) and so we'll see if I can remember it properly. At least it was short... and it's my favorite fandom. Well, one of many current obsessions? >XD

Gun Mastery )
aisuyoukai: (Dante - It's My Life)
Yea, yea. School started. Yay. -_- Riiight. Because I'm so excited. Can't you tell? Phst. Well, the first two days weren't so bad. But I can already tell this school thing is gonna be my exercise (again). Walking around campus is about the hardest physical activity you can get me to do. I guess I need it. But I hate it. And no, it's not the walking part. I hate the HEAT. Summer sucks down here in Texas. Make it go away. Please?

In other exciting news, I'm currently in Austin. Supposedly I'm here visiting my brother. Of course, I've seen him for a grand total of THIRTY minutes now. Yea. Family reunion ahoy! (Have we noticed I'm a sarcastic person yet?) But, whatever. I went shopping and got some nice clothes. Yay? Ahem. Right. Well, whatever. I want to go home though. Play some Halo with Erin. ^_^

Let's talk about the drive up here though. That was fun! I laughed twice really hard for absolutely no reason. Well, it seemed as though I had no reason anyway. Want to know why? Ok, first we passed O'MALLEY Road and then later we passed LOPEZ Auto Garage. Oh, yea. If you're Erin, you get why I laughed. If not, well, let's just say its RedvsBlue mania. Heheh. Oh, then I spent about an hour explaining the show to my mom. That was fun. Hehe. No, really. It was fun. Mom's always real nice when I start explaining 'my' shows to her. She just keeps quiet and lets me talk my head off. XD One time I spent probably two hours explaining Gundam Wing (my all-time favorite Anime!) to her; and most of that was spent on Milliardo/Zechs. >XD

I've been playing DoC. It's a great game... err... I guess? Ok, ok. I'm sad to say that I'm disappointed in the game play. It's kind of... boring. But the storyline is very intriguing. I want to finish the game for that alone at least. It looks really pretty, too. They did a good job there. And I love Turk Vinnie! He is so adorable! And fun. I like kicking things... XD And Cait Sith is so kawaii! I want one! Do you think Reeve will let me keep one version of him? >XDD

Hmm.... let's see. What else have I been meaning to post about for the past week or so? I've been lax in not posting here lately. Or at least about the things I've wanted to post about.

Recent movies: I watched Big Fish with my friends some time last week. It was actually good. I did enjoy it. I hadn't ever been interested in watching it, but I think it was worth a watch through. Pretty emotional at the end I guess. They cried. (My friends.) >XD Also watched Scenes of the Crime with my mom. I guess most people would describe it as boring, but I think I liked it. I know I'm glad I watched it. The ending was both really awesome and yet not cool. It was a great surprise ending, but I was sad at what happened. I don't want to give it away though. But its worth one watch at least. Its a movie to watch for good acting rather than action, that I'll say for sure though.

What else? Heheh. Actually I think I've run low on things to say. But I do have the feeling I'm not remembering something. I'll probably think of it later and have to post again... or just edit this one. Heh. Oh well. We'll see.
