WE ARE SPARTA!

I went and saw 300 the other day. Boy is that a kick-ass movie!! Oh, yea!! Dude, that is the most kick-ass movie ever. Period. Much better than Ghost Rider, which I saw the other other day (finally!). Of course, don't get me wrong... that is a kick-ass movie, too. I love Cage and I really like the Ghostrider now. Hehe. (Not to mention all those pretty bikes!!!) And I still totally have that song, Ghost Riders in the Sky, stuck in my head.

But, I am sorry to announce (but not really, really) that 300 kicks way more ass. I mean, it's SPARTANS. How could it not kick so much ass? Ok, ok. Ass-kicking rantings aside, seriously. The movie is awesome. It is very beautiful and pleasing to the eye, even (and especially is my personal opinion) the bloody-as-all-hell parts. (Course, I love blood.) But everything looks beautiful and I think they did an awesome job portaying ancient Greece/Sparta with its look and feel. And the naked parts didn't freak me out so much. LOL. I know, I know, awkward statement. But seriously, I hate that sort of stuff. But in this movie it's just NATURAL. I mean, they didn't mind that stuff back then and it's not like they abused it in the movie either. Don't get me wrong, I still couldn't watch the sex scene (ewwww) but when it randomly showed skin I wasn't all gagging and all that stuff.

So, right. Very pleasing movie. Kick-ass. Awesome. Great. Wonderful. Beautiful. What other words can I use? Well, all of them times ten. Because, yes, it is just that kick-ass.

300 definitely sounds like an interesting film~ Not too keen on ze blood and gore bits though D: Which is a shame, because I love films like that!

That is a shame! Of course, I'm a bloodthirsty gal so I loved every second of it. Haha.

yeah, I have been hearing great reviews on the movie. But, i wont watch it in the theaters. I cant pay $7.50 at my local movie theater anymore.

Holy crap! What's with that price? Eh, ok... so I like to cheat mostly and go during matinees ($5), but still. I'm not even sure what normal price is though truthfully...

Maybe you should con someone into taking to see it; it's worth the trip to the theater. Very beautiful.

Well in Sunrise Florida (especially the Sawgrass mills mall with Regal 23 cinemas) it is expensive. But in all honesty i hate the theater, yeah its nice and all, but we have so many disturbances during movies of any kind, good, bad or just plain retarded. Putting all that aside, the Muvico theaters are around $5.50 and offer a better movie-going experience, bigger screens, louder and better audio, the works. Its just like 30 miles away and i cant drive because of my age...All this writing means i wont see it in the theaters. Ill see it on DVD on my 50in Tv.

Ouch. That still kinda sucks. But I guess a 50 inch screen will have to do! It sure would seem to! o_o
