I was wondering... wanting to ask... about those wallpapers you made a while back? I really liked them. That effect was really cool. So I was wondering, how did you get that "old, scratchy film" look/feel/effect on there? Because that is way awesome and I would love to know how. Thanks! ^^



P.S.- What program do you use? Photoshop?
